Careful with client information
Encrypted at rest. Recordings are deleted once transcribed and transcripts after 30 days. Client names, contact details and insurance are never sent to the AI. Download everything at any time.
AI drafts can miss or mishear things. Risk lines in summaries and reports are copied word for word from your signed notes, and nothing is final until you sign it.
