I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, which is a gentle mind-body based trauma model effective in healing acute and complex trauma, anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and facilitating grieving processes. I integrate Brainspotting techniques with Internal Family Systems, Imago Relationship Therapy & Positive Psychology tools for whole-person growth.
