I believe in helping clients discover their strengths and how to practice those strengths to empower themselves while improving their lives. Using only evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT), I treats concerns such as anxiety, depression, work stress, and much more.
